Napoleon

Napoleon is located in northwestern Ohio in Henry County (of which it is the county seat) about 35 miles southwest of Toledo on the banks of the Maumee River. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 9,189, an increase of 305 since 1990.

Nearby recreation can be found at Mary Jane Thurston State Park about 10 miles east of town. In addition, Napoleon Municipal Golf Course, a public 9-hole layout, awaits the avid golfer.
