Perrysburg

Perrysburg is located in northwestern Ohio in Wood County about 10 miles south of Toledo along i475 on the banks of the Maumee River.

The area is steeped in history as it was the site of many battles during the Revolutionary War. Fort Meigs is the largest reconstructed fort in North America and hosts periodic reenactments of the period.

Maumee Bay State Park headlines a recreation-rich area and is only about 15 miles north of town on the shores of Maumee Bay on western Lake Erie. Also within easy driving distance is Crane Creek State Park about 25 miles east-northeast of town.

Tanglewood Golf Course, built in 1950, challenges golfers to shoot a round with them. It is a semi-public facilty with an open guest policy and features an 18-hole layout that measures 5,800+ yards long with a par of 72. This is a great course for seniors and juniors alike as the USGA rating is only 65.7.
